Phenomenal Auto Care

I am honestly heartbroken writing this. My husband planned a beautiful birthday surprise for me by having my 2022 Tahoe detailed by Phenomenal Auto Care, but they completely ruined the gesture with lazy work and terrible customer service. As a mother of four, including an autistic son whose daily routine requires us to go through the car wash to prevent meltdowns, my truck is vacuumed and wiped down by me every single day. It is not your typical messy family SUV. We paid $154.50 my sweet husband even left a tip! for a professional 'detail' specifically to handle the things I can't easily reach at a drive-thru wash. When I first saw the truck i honestly didn't even realized it had anything done, I called the owner just to ask what the package actually included. he immediately hit me with excuses and played the sympathy card. He told me he only had one guy working today instead of two, and even brought up that he has six kids of his own. As a mother, I felt for him. I was fully prepared to just give him a break, accept the mediocre job, and not leave a review at all. But when I got home and actually opened the doors to really look, my empathy turned into anger. I realized they didn't just miss a few spots—they truly did nothing. The front center console cup holder still had dirt and a large piece of debris sitting right at the bottom. The deep pockets inside the doors behind the window switches were completely untouched. In the back, the rubber floor mats still had dirt packed into the grooves, with crumbs and dust sitting right along the edges of the carpet. They essentially did the same light vacuuming I do daily and ignored all the actual detailing work, all while happily accepting my husband's tip. Before writing this, I looked at their other reviews and photos. It is clear they are capable of doing a wonderful job, which honestly just makes me more upset. Not only was the customer service exceptional, but every member of their team was professional, friendly, knowledgeable, and incredibly detail oriented. You can tell they truly take pride in what they do, and it shows in the quality of their work. One of the biggest reasons I chose Phenomenal Auto Care is because they’re completely mobile. Instead of having to rearrange my day or sit around at a shop waiting and waiting , they come directly to you! Whether you’re at home, at work, or another location, you simply schedule your appointment, and they handle the rest. That level of convenience is hard to beat. Definitely will be using them again! They offer so many options as well!l! From Mobile detailing, paint corrections, window tint… to PPF, Clay Bar Treatment to iron decontamination. So if you’re wondering if they can help you… the answer is YES! 10/10! Recommend! And they are available weekends! Which is another win in my book.

My 2022 Ford Super Duty gets USED, but Colin & Ashlyn from Phenomenal Auto Care brought her back to life. These two don't mess around when it comes to detailing — interior and exterior came out looking brand new. Super impressive work, highly recommend!
