  I usually clean my car myself (2014 Mazda CX-5) but wanted to treat myself and chose this shop from the awesome reviews. Staff was very friendly and easy to work with. I was upsold on steaming, fine, since restoring the white leather was my top concern (which I communicated at drop off). The very first thing they showed me when I picked up was the spare tire compartment in the trunk, which was full of debris and clearly hadn't been vacuumed. They kindly took care of that right away, but that seemed weird. After I paid I was sitting in my car looking around and started noticing all sorts of streaks, dirt, and gunk; the "detail" part of interior detail, missing. I pointed this out to the owner, who offered a "re-do" if I wanted to wait. They had already removed the steam charge (which I appreciated) but I needed to be on my way. I used Meguiars leather cleaner when I got home to check if I was being dramatic about the inconsistency-- everything came off almost immediately. They didn't clean the cup holders, glove box, headrests, and I honestly don't think they cleaned the seats either. The leather was pretty dirty but they had my car for 3 1/2 hours; at pick up I specifically asked if that was all they could do for my seats and they said they did them three times. Pictures are from when they gave it back, and then after I re-wiped everything down. Look at the difference in the drivers seat, that took me maybe 10 min, very disappointed.

  Phoenix Auto Detailing is absolutely amazing. They did such a great job on my Tesla and truly went above and beyond with their service, professionalism, and kindness. When my top window wasn’t done perfectly the first time and a small edge was missed, they immediately took the car back and fixed it without any hassle. A few weeks later, I noticed a small missing piece in the window tint. When I brought it in, they explained it looked like one of my kids may have accidentally caught it with a seat belt or something similar, but the owner, Jesus, still replaced it for me for free. That level of customer service is rare. While I was there, I also had my car detailed and washed, and OMG — my Tesla didn’t even shine like that when it was brand new. It looked incredible. I strongly recommend this place. Carlos will help get you scheduled and guide you on the best tint options, and Jesus, the owner, genuinely makes sure you’re taken care of. Excellent work, excellent service, and just really good people. I was also able to work in their lobby area while I waited, even taking Zoom calls and being on camera, so great WiFi as well.
