  I recently had my car ceramic coated by Ben and his team at Photo Finish, and I couldn’t be happier with both the result and the entire experience. For a while, I hemmed and hawed about ceramic coatings, PPF, etc. (as I tend to do with most things). From the time I first got in touch with Ben until I finally made a decision was almost a month. Throughout that entire time, instead of trying to push a sale or abruptly lock me into an appointment, Ben patiently answered every question I had, thoughtfully walked me through the pros and cons, and even asked me questions I hadn’t thought to consider myself. That kind of honesty and experience is still rare these days, and it’s something I really appreciated. At no point did I feel like he was simply telling me what I wanted to hear to make a sale. His pricing was fair, especially for System X coatings, his communication was excellent, and it was obvious that he genuinely cared about making sure I was comfortable with my decision. By the time I picked up the car, I felt completely confident that I had made the right choice, and the finished product and communication afterwards only reinforced that. If you’re considering ceramic coating, PPF, or detailing work, I would highly recommend Ben and the team at Photo Finish. Great work is obviously important, but dealing with someone who is knowledgeable, patient, and genuinely trustworthy makes the experience that much better.

  Absolutely top notch detailers. From the initial reach out through appointment and any follow up questions I had, they were amazing to work with. I took my mx5 in for PPF and ceramic coating. They did a great job recommending where to have the PPF as I didn't want a full package. Ended up with their "track pack" plus additional PPF to protect the black roof which i am extremely happy with. All PPF edges and seams look great and are wrapped/tucked where they can be and completely disappear unless you are looking for them. Prices were completely fair and inline with other quotes from local installers, but the quality of work and customer service made this an easy choice.
