  We recently purchased a 2017 coupe that had come from Washington state, and the paint showed noticeable swirl marks and water spots from years of rainy weather. After searching for a highly rated mobile vehicle detailer, we came across Picture Perfect Detailing and were impressed by their 5‑star rating and 150+ glowing reviews. I reached out through their website and received a response from Randy within minutes. After a phone call to discuss our concerns, Randy confidently recommended the best service for our vehicle, and we quickly scheduled the appointment. When he arrived, Randy thoroughly assessed the car by measuring the paint depth and clear coat thickness. He noticed that a previous paint correction had been overdone, leaving the clear coat thin in certain areas. Because of this, he recommended bringing the car to his new shop so he could safely perform the correction and apply a 5‑year ceramic coating to properly protect the Ruby Black metallic paint. At his shop, Randy also removed and replaced the front side window tint with ceramic tint and ceramic‑coated the wheels, windshield, and side windows. The entire process took two days, just as he outlined. True to his word, Randy contacted us right on schedule to let us know the car was ready for pickup. When we arrived, the car was waiting outside, and the transformation was immediately noticeable. Randy took the time to walk us around the vehicle, pointing out the dramatic improvement in the paint—now incredibly smooth, deep, and glossy, with a true “wet” look. He also explained the ceramic coating’s 5‑year warranty, aftercare instructions, and the follow‑up visit in about a week to ensure everything was performing as expected.   I couldn’t be happier with the work Randy and the team at Picture Perfect Detail did on my vehicle. The paint protection film installation was absolutely flawless — every edge, curve, and panel was wrapped with incredible precision and attention to detail. You can tell they genuinely care about doing things the right way instead of rushing through jobs. The ceramic coating turned out amazing as well. The paint has an unreal depth and gloss to it now, and the entire car looks better than the day I picked it up. Their customer service was top tier from start to finish — honest communication, professionalism, and taking the time to answer every question without ever making me feel rushed. What really stood out to me was Randy himself. He’s wise beyond his years and clearly takes tremendous pride in his craft. It’s rare to find someone that young with that level of knowledge, patience, and dedication to perfection. If you care about your vehicle and want the job done right the first time, I would recommend Picture Perfect Detail without hesitation.
