Five of five stars and add five more stars for good measure. During a recent annual inspection my home town mechanics found some minor cracks in the bulkheads that support the landing gear of my Cessna 150/150 Texas Taildragger Conversion. "Minor" cracks don't fix themselves and will typically devolve into larger cracks. The mechanic said they could "do" the work but it wasn't in their wheel house. They suggested Plane Care. I read the previous reviews and talked to a friend in the insurance field who sends a lot of work their way. Plane Care assessed the damage and gave me a fair estimate for the work. Along the way they took a critical eye to the aircraft and found some other issues that made sense to address while the plane was torn apart. They were able to complete that work without incurring a longer delay. And it made sense to do so while they had the pieces in place. Plane Care was always on top of sending pictures of the progress and detailed pictures of any issues they found. During the process my wife and I visited to see how things were coming along. Some shops won't let the customers anywhere near the projects. Plane Care wants the customers to be involved and keep them informed of any issues or concerns they have. I'm beyond pleased with the work they did to make my plane MUCH better than what it was before the repairs.

I brought my ‘79 Piper Dakota to PlaneCare for its annual maintenance. Since it’s the first annual service since I purchased it, it was important to baseline a number of performance indicators to ensure the 43 year aircraft was working optimally. From the initial intake process with Rae, to the subsequent equipment installations and repairs, and invoicing, Dan, Chrishanna, Laurie and others, handled my many requests with patience and care. They were very responsive to my questions and concerns and although some rework was necessary, they always had the aircraft’s best interests at heart. PlaneCare does a great job of itemizing their work, very transparent, and they stick to the budget. They’re reasonable. They also follow up with a comprehensive report of work done with 2nd and 3rd level signoffs. Very professional and comfortable. PlaneCare has a competency in metal repair and paint work. I was delighted with the work done removing a few dents in the stabilator and painting it so professionally. I highly recommend bringing your aircraft to the beautiful KHGR airport and to PlaneCare for all your aircraft maintenance needs.

I was relocating my aircraft from Idaho to Maryland when I experienced a magneto problem. I called Keith from Plane Care in HGR on a Sunday, and he graciously talked me through troubleshooting the problem. Long story made short, thanks to Keith I was able to continue the flight to Hagerstown. I had Plane Care fix the problem. They found a damaged spark plug wire on the magneto harness. They said they could replace the damaged wire and because my engine was over midlife, they suggested I save the $500+ a new mag harness would cost and opt for a much less expensive wire replacement. The invoice from Plane Care was very reasonable and the work was completed in a timely manner. Oh, and the hour or so speaking to Keith on the phone on a Sunday talking me through troubleshooting my magneto, they did not charge a single dime for! That alone speaks volumes to their commitment to their Superior customer service! I highly recommend Plane Care for any aircraft maintenance large or small. Plane Care and their experienced, talented team of professionals provide over the top quality service with an attention to detail and Superior customer care!!!! Well done Plane Care!!!!!! THANK YOU!!!!!

One word HONESTY! The have been more helpful in one day that I have gotten from my mechanic in 4 years. Cant speak highly enough of them. Definitely give them a shot!

I have been bringing my C4 41 conquest II, my turbo 210, and C172 to this establishment for years. Good work and dedicated people. Usually the work is done on time and better than I expected at a reasonable price. I would like to thank them all by name .. I think they have 11 or 12 people working there other than their administrative crew.
