Had an awesome experience with Austin and Platinum Auto Detailing from start to finish. The process was throughly explained and I was given updates on the progress throughout. The 1 step paint correction and ceramic coating came out looking amazing. I would highly recommend Platinum for any detailing needs and will be a return customer in the future.

Just had our truck detailed by Austin. Super friendly guy and dang, he does a good job! Truck looks brand new inside (we tote 3 kids in it too!). We will definitely use him again, and I already have family members wanting to come visit to have theirs done too.

Austin did a great job getting my wife’s 2015 mustang GT ready for ponies in the smokies car show. He was very professional and answered all her questions and concerns. Very impressed with the level of detail and time he took to make sure her car looked perfect.

Austin is a great guy who puts a lot of work into the vehicles that he services! My friend recommended him to me and he did a fantastic job ceramic coating both of our cars and I couldn’t be happier with the results. He is also very easy to schedule with and keeps you updated throughout the process.
