Ty at Platinum Detail was absolutely amazing from start to finish! From the initial consultation to getting my car fully detailed, his communication was phenomenal the entire time. Our car had molded floors (thanks to my toddler spilling just about everything 😅), and with us parking in an underground garage, it definitely didn’t help the situation. Ty took the time to clearly explain how they would treat and remove the mold, which gave me so much confidence moving forward. He offered a very fair price, got me scheduled within just a couple of days, and completely transformed my car. It honestly looks brand new again—mold is gone and everything feels fresh and clean! ⭐️ Ease of Communication: 5/5 – Ty personally communicates via text or call, which made everything super flexible and convenient. ⭐️ Ease of Booking: 5/5 – Quick and easy to get scheduled within just a couple of days. ⭐️ Transparency: 5/5 – Clearly explained the process and pricing upfront. ⭐️ Quality of Work: 5/5 – My car looks brand new again! ⭐️ Quickness of Work: 5/5 – Efficient without sacrificing quality. I highly recommend Ty and Platinum Detail to anyone needing car detailing. You will not be disappointed!

I had a great experience with Platinum Detailing with Ty. The level of attention to detail was impressive from start to finish. My vehicle looked noticeably cleaner, fresher, and well cared for—inside and out. Ty was professional, easy to work with, and clearly takes pride in his work. He took the time to make sure everything was done right and didn’t rush through the job. You can tell he genuinely cares about the quality of his work and the satisfaction of his customers. Overall, I would definitely recommend Platinum Detailing with Ty to anyone looking for reliable, high-quality detailing. I’ll be coming back again in the future.
