Recently purchased a new Alumacraft through Portland Marine. I'm a new boat buyer, and Jeff was very patient with me (and my many questions). Great communication and the buying experience was excellent. There was an issue with delivery and Pat, the owner, stepped up and stood by his customer service reputation and took good care of me. If you are in the market for a boat I would most definitely buy from this business and great people again!

Outstanding customer service by all the individuals I worked with. I ordered a trailer light and every aspect of the transaction went flawless, returning my calls and exceeding my expectations.
