⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I had such an amazing experience working with Brittany at PCI and really wanted to give her the recognition she deserves! From the beginning, she took her time helping me find the perfect color and made sure I felt completely confident with my choice. What really stood out was her patience and dedication. I had quite a few questions, and Brittany went back and forth with the powder coaters multiple times to get me the answers I needed. She never made me feel rushed or like I was asking too much, she was genuinely committed to making sure everything came out exactly the way I wanted. Her customer service, communication, and attention to detail were absolutely outstanding. Brittany went above and beyond, and she made the entire process so much easier and more enjoyable. PCI is lucky to have her! If you’re working with Brittany, you’re in great hands. Thank you again, Brittany, for being so patient, helpful, and amazing throughout the entire process. Definitely a 5-star experience!

I have had multiple frames powder coated here- all came out great. They take great care to tape off areas with and threads, or small holes where shift/brake cables need to go- which is super important for bike/pedicab frames. Attached is a finished bike I had done last year, and then another frame I just picked up last week. Debbie is awesome to work with and communicative, prices are fair/competitive. I am unsure why the bad reviews- some people just like to find things to complain about. The finish is smooth, no drips and every angle is covered- and that’s saying a lot because there’s a lot of angles on these frames. I make the 45min+ drive up here just to work with PCI. No complaints so far!

I highly recommend PCI. This is based on excellent customer communications from Kerry (General Manager/Sales) and PCI’s manufacturing craftsmanship. The pictures below show Before and After PCI refurbished of our ornate metal gazebo. Not a big job - but custom and not easy. Their replacement of badly rusted parts, attention to detail and powder coating was excellent. It turned out beautiful! Thank you PCI.

We are a Handrail and stair fabrication business. We take all of our work to superior. Nobody can beat there quality. And turn around performance. Every year consistently these guys perform. I have felt with several powder coaters in the past. Superior exceeds them in every aspect. Customer service. Prompt completion. Cost. Quality. Adam , Jeff. The shop crew the secretary and shop crew above and beyond service!!!! Awesome work everyone. I would recommend anyone that needs powder coating services sandblasting. All in one shop. Superior is the place to go. It's up in Arlington. May be a bit of a drive yet worth every mile if you want it done right!!!!

Great quality. Nice clean facility that coats bulk items for other businesses as well as parts for customers. They can get the sand blasting done for you too. I recently had an entire scooter frame and all related parts blasted and powder coated. All of the screw holes had been plugged properly and all bearing housings were taped off, the powder coating was clean consistent and I can't find a single flaw. Great job! I will be back and I highly recommend this place!
