So my vehicle is at BDC collision they took four rims to powder doctor. I requested my rims to be matted. I go look at my rims at BDC collision today. And the damn rims are glossy I hate glossy. I have matted wheels on all my vehicles. So I tell the tech guy from BDC collision these are wrong I requested Matted he said I did tell them matted and this is how they came I go this is not what I request it and what I want. So I believe it's a lack of communication from powder doctor and BDC collision. But the only one that gets to consequented on it is the customer. Very unhappy I probably would not use this company again to do my rims. I'll have to go to my guy that's out south to do them the way I want them so that means I'm coming out of pocket again.

This place is amazing! Mollee was the most responsive, professional and helpful (knowledgable and will to share that knowledge) rep that I have had the pleasure to work with. She responded incredibly fast to every message I sent, with very thorough detail. I have a vintage bicycle frame soda blasted. The job that they did on my frame was as professional as Mollee is. Do not hesitate to use this company, they are amazing!!

A++ experience. Great communication all around. They worked hard to find/match what I needed for the interior dash frame/trim on my '70 Barracuda project. Good value, good quality, prompt and professional at every step, I couldn't recommend them more. Thanks Mollee and Team!!

These guys are the bomb! Molly was a joy to work with and extremely knowledgeable. She kept me informed on the progress each step of the way. She even called the place in Northern Cal that originally powder coated my wheels to get the powder code they used so they could exactly match the new wheel to the other three wheels. I highly recommend Powder Doctor.

Love this place, easy to work with. They do amazing work at a fair price and great customer service. Quick turnaround time, highly recommend. Five stars is an understatement they are 10 stars for sure.
