My wife and I had an excellent experience with Precision Auto! Marco, the owner, is top-notch, he took the time to address all of our questions, concerns, and requests with professionalism and deep expertise in the auto detailing industry. As a car enthusiast family, we view these services as investments in our vehicles. Marco and his team treated our cars with the same care and attention they would give their own. My wife’s S197 is especially sentimental to her and our family, and Marco made sure that was shared and respected by the team. We couldn’t be happier with the results. The rest of our fleet is already being scheduled to receive the same level of care. Thank you again to the entire Precision Auto team!

I found Kyle shortly after picking up my 2017 Ford Taurus SHO. He gave me a quote for a stage 2 paint correction and ceramic coating, plus the interior detail and engine compartment detail. All interactions were friendly, personal and professional. During his work prepping my car for the ceramic coating, he found some small door dings and imperfections. He called me and let me know about the different options to fix these, and we agreed to have them done immediately. When he called me to come pick up my car, I was BLOWN away at how clean, shiny and amazing the paint looked, and how perfect the entire car presented with everything so clean. I have handed off my car to Kyle and his crew every year, for the past 5 years now, and am always VERY pleased with the results. People are always asking me what I do to keep my car looking so extraordinary? I always recommend PAI to people, and they always have the same happy results as I do. Thank you Kyle, Jamie and crew for the many years of automotive finish perfection that you have supplied to me.

I can’t say enough great things about Precision Auto Innovations! They did an absolutely phenomenal job applying a ceramic coating to my vehicle, and the results are nothing short of stunning. The deep, mirror-like shine and added protection exceeded my expectations, and to top it off, they completed the job the same day! The team was professional, knowledgeable, and clearly passionate about their work. They took the time to explain the process and ensure that my car was treated with the utmost care. It’s rare to find a company that delivers this level of quality and efficiency, and Precision Auto Innovations nailed it. The work was so impressive that my son, who lives in Austin, is now considering making the trip just to have them do the same for his vehicle. That’s how good they are! I had both tint and PPF added to my car. The prices were inline with my expectations, but the work exceeded those expectations. I chose Precision Auto because of the good reviews. They actually care, probably more than you do, about every detail of the work they do. You can see the passion for the highest quality result, and that's hard to find. Just take a look at the shop - it’s meticulous, clean, organized, and gorgeous. That's a reflection of the quality of work you can expect. Great communication and friendly service. Kyle was eager to answer any and all questions, but I had none because the job was done exceptionally well. I highly recommend.

To rate my experience 10/10. Marco and his team are very professional and made me feel welcomed. I really appreciated the level of knowledge Marco has and answered every question I had and put me at ease because I was unsure of what was gonna work for my EV. Would definitely recommend if you want someone who knows what they are talking about and does it flawlessly!
