This is about Trace Aviation, in MS, a company of PAG. This place, more specifically Matthew, the Sales Manager, couldn't be more dishonest with customers. I get a quote for 3k to repack and repair a MLG. 2 weeks later after being promised 1 week turnaround. I get an Invoice for 6K with $3000.000 charged as "consumables"?!? The repair was only $1875.00. Not to mention the Valve Body that they damaged but then charged us an additional $1091.00 to fix their screwup. If you value your time and Money, you will find anywhere else to do business with.

Everytime a unit comes back to us for repair, PAG has either covered our company sticker, or removed it. Acting like they performed the repair, when none of my torque paste has been disturbed. Its clear to see it hasn't been repaired or even evaluated by them...Shameful to be honest
