  If I could give Precision Boat Works zero stars I would. First of all we have used this company for several years and never had any issues with them up until this year. We requested service and cleaning on two boats and two Jet skis around the middle of April thinking this would allow them plenty of time to have them all cleaned and running by the summer. It was about a good week before anyone even got back to me to schedule the appointment. When I finally got a young lady on the phone, Thomas (owner) got on the phone and remembered who I was and was super nice and said he couldn't wait to work with us again! He assured me that he would be picking up the watercrafts the following Wednesday, which never happened. The week after that I called to check on the status, and he said he completely forgot but they would definitely be out there the following week to work on watercrafts and clean them. Another week went by and I called again, no answer. I called several times that week and they basically screened my calls because when my husband called, they picked up immediately. Memorial weekend came around and I had finally had it. Nothing was done, no watercraft cleaned, no services done. All I got were my calls dodged for weeks and weeks. Finally on Memorial weekend, I called them out on their horrible service, and they apologized and said one boat and the two jet skis were cleaned and serviced but not the other boat. I thought ok great well at least something was done. I was WRONG! We finally went to use the boat that was supposedly serviced & cleaned and when we took the cover off, the boat was FILTHY! It was more than noticeable that it was NEVER cleaned. I really couldn't believe it! We cleaned it and took it out on the water and after an hour on the water the "service engine" light came on so it clearly wasn't serviced either. The two jet skis they claimed to clean, and service wouldn't start so they clearly didn't service those either. I did think it was very puzzli

  This place couldn't possibly have been more unprofessional and disappointing. Thomas told me it would be a couple weeks and had it nearly 6 weeks with nothing but repeated lies and stall tactics. Constantly lying and not even returning phone calls. Thomas is a smooth talker but will not do what he says he'll do. I never could even get any pricing as I was repeatedly promised. I finally just had to go pick my boat up. Wasted my time for nothing. I highly recommend whoever reads this not to leave your boat here and to take it somewhere.........anywhere else. Unless of course you don't mind Constantly being lied to by someone worse than the worse used car salesman. This place is horrible!!!!!
