Amazing customer service! Danny walked me through the different tint levels and explained the pricing and benefits of each option very clearly. He was knowledgeable, patient, and answered all of my questions. I did notice one tiny bubble on the driver's side window today, but I'm not concerned about it. I trust that Premier Armor will stand behind their work and take care of any issues if needed. I'll update this review after my follow-up visit. Overall, I'm very happy with the experience and would recommend Premier Armor to anyone looking for quality tint and excellent customer service. Update: Danny contacted me today after seeing my concern. I brought the car in, and he personally inspected the small bubble and finish issue I had noticed. About 20 minutes later, everything was fixed perfectly and the tint now looks flawless. This is exactly the kind of customer service that gives me confidence in Premier Armor. They stand behind their work and take care of their customers even after the installation is completed. I am extremely happy with the final result and would highly recommend Premier Armor to anyone looking for quality tint and outstanding customer service. Thank you, Danny!

Absolutely stunned that Nik and his team have 5 star reviews. I met with Nik ahead of time and he assured me they were able to handle my car and the special requests and always step up whenever there's an issue. While they may not have been responsible for some of the issues, and they tried to correct some, they continually blamed ALL of the other issues on someone else and every time seemed to cause more problems than they were attempting to fix. A bad employee that was terminated. But their poor work continued after that employee was gone. A bad paint job/repair by body shop. Car was repainted and they damaged the new paint. An old battery. Battery died in their care. It was fine before it went to them. Multiple warning lights present upon vehicle return. One of the warning lights required a $2000 repair/replacement part that was cause by improper battery installation and/or jump start - fried a module. Returned my car to me with inoperable tail gate, cameras and parking assist. No way and that one and they claimed no responsibility because battery is/was 5 yrs old. Old batteries don't fry components. PPF still isn't right. Multiple areas bubbling/peeling and trimmed poorly. And worst of all ... Thousands of dollars in damage to my car. Scratched up interior panels, cut and snagged pillar fabric, EXTREMELY crappy paint match, parts not returned/lost, parts not installed properly or broken and just reinstalled that way... Endless mistakes, poor quality work. They did offer some discount on the bumper PPF, around $600 on a $6000 total job, however even that was done poorly and I'm out the thousands in repairs and have a crappy PPF I have to look at every day. Very little quality control, they have no idea what happened to the parts on the car, they didn't store them properly and they damage things. STAY AWAY. (Limited to twenty photos, but there's more....it's bad!!)
