I took my boat to Premier for dealer recall work for foam. What I got back was a mess. Sloppy caulk work and caulk embedded in my deck mats and captain's chair. There were greasy fingerprints all over the boat. I found a washer on my deck. I don't know if it's part of my boat or not. When I picked it up I had to hunt their garage for my mooring covers because they weren't put back on the boat. They were just laying in various parts of their garage. What sucks is this is the only licensed dealer for my boat for over 60 miles. I get it. I don't have a half million dollar boat but it's barely a year and a half old and already looks like it was left in an auto shop for the last five years

Bought my boat from here and it was a great experience. Had an issue a few months later brought it in and they worked every angle they could to get the best outcome for me. Pam is a dream to work with and will answer any questions you have about parts and is upfront about cost and time frame of receiving them. Colton is the man. He worked with me diligently and got me back in my boat with as little out of my pocket as possible as the warranty I had purchased did not cover the issue I was having. All in all great experience.

Jacob was absolutely amazing to work with! When I called he was extremely helpful , he was friendly, professional, and he answered all of my questions from the moment we spoke with him. He made the whole experience feel easy and welcoming, and you can tell he really cares about helping customers. Definitely appreciate the great customer service—Jacob deserves some recognition! Highly recommend!

He was knowledgeable, patient, and took the time to answer all of our questions without making us feel pressured. He made the entire boat-buying process smooth and enjoyable, and his customer service was second to none. I arrived at Premier Boating Centers looking for a part for my boat trailer. I was greeted by Pam M.; not knowing she was the Parts Manager, with a smile and a focus on what I needed for my boat trailer. She checked her inventory and couldn’t find what I needed, but searched online to find just what I needed. I was thoroughly pleased with the customer service I received.
