I bought an air Nautique G25 and I couldn’t be happier. Bridger, Ben and Austin have been nothing but amazing. Took really good care of me, detailed the boat, it runs amazing and the storage is super convenient. I will be doing all my maintenance and details here. Love these guys, super honest

I took advantage of the summerization program. I also asked what they would charge to remove the wrap and was quoted a price. I was advised that if it would need to be different, I would be told when I dropped the boat off. When I went to pick up the boat, I was given a price that was more than double what I was quoted and told it was because the wrap took longer than expected to remove. I balked for obvious reasons and he made an adjustment to the price, but it was hardly enough to be significant. Ok, fine, whatever. I'm told that as far as the boat goes, everything was good and it was so set. Perfect. I head to Lake Powell a couple days later, go to launch my boat, turn the battery switch to 'ON', and BAM. Dead batteries. Both of them. But that wasn't on the report? I wasn't told my batteries were dead. Lost several hours of my time because of this. Since it sat for less than a week from when they checked it to when I tried to launch it, with the battery switch off the whole time, there's no way the batteries could be dead. Did it *actually* get checked?! I called the store to voice my concern but no one was available so I left I message. I have not received a return phone call. Unfortunate. I've had issues with this location in the last, but it was under previous ownership (we paid for a tune up on an outboard, almost $1,000, but it wasn't done and I had to do it myself). I told the guy this and said I was hoping they would be better. Obviously not. As a result, I can not, and will not, recommend this place to anyone. And if you *do* decide to have work done here, you better double check it BEFORE you head to the lake.

Premier employees are always helpful and kind. We have always had a great experience with their parts shop. They are willing to look up parts and if they don't have it or can't get it, they will call around until they find the part. I won't take my boat anywhere else.

Premier Marine is extremely helpful. They did an excellent job with phenomenal turn around time. Austin was very helpful and easy to work with. I would highly recommend their services.

Premier Marine was great to work with. The staff was very friendly and easy to talk to. They were able to clearly answer all of my questions about my boat and parts. You can tell they know what they’re doing and actually care about helping customers. I’d definitely recommend them to anyone needing boat service or parts.
