We bought our boat from Prestige, and it was a great experienc. The service center is without a doubt the best in the area. They have treated us exceptionally well every time we bring in our boat. They Always take the extra step to ensure that we are completely satisfied with their work. So many times they have come through with a miracle to get us back on the water for whatever event we have scheduled even when whatever is broken is 100% my fault. I can not speak well enough of their whole crew, Crystal, Jake, Madison, and all the rest, they truly exemplify professionalism and exceptional customer service.

We purchased our boat from Prestige and the sales process was very easy. It’s hard to find a good service center but these guys are top notch. Barney is a great guy to deal with, good communication and handles business. The whole team there has always been very customer service oriented as well. We have had our boat serviced, winterized, stored, warranty work etc etc here over the last 3 years and it’s always been a good experience. Thanks for taking care of the family yacht and keeping it new for us.

To give the service department a 5/5 would be a disservice to them. They have gone over and above to help us get our boat sorted out. We are eternally grateful for all their hardwork to get our unique situation resolved. 10/5

Purchased my first boat this summer, and I am sure glad I chose to get it from Prestige. The customer service has been absolutely incredible. I had some issues pop up during the first few months of ownership, and Prestige took care of them without question (and they were quick!) It definitely feels like you're part of their family once you become a customer. They have surely created a customer for life!
