  • I am writing to formally document the severe misconduct and verbal harassment my party and I experienced at Fort Lauderdale-Hollywood International Airport (FLL). Incident Details: Date: July 4, 2026 Time: Between 9:30 AM and 10:10 AM Location: Terminal 2, Concourse E, TSA PreCheck Checkpoint Company Involved: PrimeFlight Aviation Services Summary of Events: While attempting to enter the PreCheck line, a female PrimeFlight employee stopped my party of three to verify the sizes of our personal items and carry-on luggage. We complied immediately and placed our bags into the luggage sizers. However, the employee was actively distracted, flirting and talking with a male colleague. Because she was not paying attention to our compliance, she forced us to repeat the process and place our bags back into the sizers five separate times. When I politely expressed that we did not appreciate the repetitive delays, her behavior became explicitly hostile. In front of my entire party, including my 16-year-old niece, the employee looked directly at me and said, “I’ll make you do it six times you sissy fagot man.” When I asked her to repeat herself in disbelief, she continued to repeatedly call me a “sissy fagot man.” I immediately requested her name to report the behavior to a supervisor. In response, she flipped her identification badge around to hide her details and stated, “I don’t have to give you my name, try to look and I’ll call the police.” To de-escalate the situation, I gathered my family, ignored her further provocations, and proceeded through the security checkpoint. Once inside the secure area, I approached another PrimeFlight employee to ask how to contact a supervisor. This employee was incredibly helpful and promptly put me in touch with supervisor J.S. As supervisor J.S. and I walked back to the checkpoint so I could identify the individual, the employee in question maintained her unprofessional demeanor, acting extremely rude, condescending, and smirking openly. This review is to formally document several serious concerns regarding conduct, leadership practices, and workplace culture within the Payroll department during my 18 months of employment as a Payroll Specialist. During my tenure, I observed multiple incidents involving Payroll Director Rosemary Donovan that raised concerns about judgment, professionalism, and adherence to company policies. These included: Alleged admission of circumventing a drug test, which I witnessed being discussed in the presence of Kelly Eager, VP of Payroll/HRIS. A financial loss of approximately $10,000 due to funds being sent to an incorrect bank account. This occurred as a result of insufficient review procedures, and the funds were not recoverable. Leadership, including Ms. Eager, was aware of this incident. Failure to review a payroll report, resulting in incorrect payments. Rather than acknowledging the oversight, responsibility was redirected to the employee who generated the report. Direct contact with the spouse of a former employee after her termination, regarding her presence at a public location. This was especially concerning given the known personal circumstances involving that individual. Additionally, shortly before my separation from the company, I experienced a hostile incident involving Krystal Womble, who directed profanity and derogatory language toward myself and two colleagues while we were performing our duties. This incident was witnessed by Erica Colvin, and Jasmine from Recruiting intervened to de‑escalate the situation. When I reported this matter to Julie Schifani, SVP of HR, I was advised to “keep my head down and do my work,” despite the fact that we were already doing so when the incident occurred. Ms. Womble was spoken to but did not receive formal corrective action. This response left me feeling unsupported and concerned about the consistency of HR practices, particularly regarding the treatment of Black women in the workplace. As a licensed HR professional,

I have never experienced such disorganization and unprofessionalism from an employer. They have also taken weeks to rectify an overdue payment, which is still being resolved an entire payment period later.

This company has gone down hill. I travel out of Columbus and back alot to visit my grandchildren. My wife needs a wheelchair we are in our late 70s. I used to call the manager for curbside help. But last time we went on 9/05 on a flight to bwi, we could not contact her and no service was quickly offered. A kid in street clothes, a sweatshirt and sweatpants came out after 27 minutes with a broken wheelchair, it was very uncomfortable. After we had the same experience on the way home I asked for contact information no one had an email. So I have to leave this review. Treat your elders and disabled better.
