I highly recommend this detail shop! The team takes their job seriously and did an amazing job on my truck. My truck is only two months old, and my little kid accidentally scratched almost every panel. I couldn’t believe the results, but this shop worked miracles. They fixed everything, and I’m beyond happy with the results. I also opted for the lifetime ceramic coating—if you’re buying a new car, don’t think twice, just do it! The truck looks amazing. A big thank you to Axel (the owner) and all his employees. You guys are the best! I’ve added some before-and-after pictures of the scratches; they were very deep and looked terrible

I must say I am Truly Disappointed with my Experience with Pristine Auto, I was 100 Percent Transparent with Axel what I was looking to get & what my Car Needed? Granted the Car Looks Good, Better than it did however Not Great! For the Money I Spent I Feel i was Misled & Misunderstood I thought I was getting a Ceramic Pro & I thought that my Interior was with the Price of $1,200.00 because I was under the Impression they were going to Sanitize, Fumigate, Steam Clean & do a thorough Job of the Interior, Boy was I Wrong. They also missed Certain Spots on my Vehicle that I Pointed Out to Him and his Response was that Service is More Money I even said to him that Finitos Auto Mobile Detailing Service was having a Special for $599.99 Dollars that Includes Clay Bar & Wash,Paint Correction & a 5 Year Ceramic Coating & Sealant plus they Buff the Headlights & Clean them for You for Free, for the Money I Spent which was $1000.00 Dollars even with $200.00 Dollars Off the Price because Axel said he had a Cancellation/ Now I know why? I also was Pressured into making a Decision on Trusting Him and Putting my Faith in his Words & Products & Services and I Feel now I should have Gone to Finitos because even $1000.00 Dollars I Feel i Over Paid and he also said he's never Heard of Them but Finitos has 5 Stars & Pristine has 4 1/2 plus they didn't have any Bad Comments or Negative Experiences like Pristine Auto has after reading One with a Customers Mats were Missing made Want to go out & Check my Car for my 3 Sets of Mats that were in my Vehicle too... P.S. when I was Paying with my Card I noticed right away he charged Me an Extra $100.00 Dollars which he did reverse back into my Account but if I didn't notice it or say something I would have been Charged Extra, so Paying Attention to Detail is his Job! (Pun Intended) Lol, My Suggestion is if your going to do this make sure you do your Research & Gain Knowledge by going On Line & make sure you go over everything with a Fine
