Henri at Pro Detailing is one of the kindest and most trustworthy men I’ve dealt with in the nyc auto industry. I had a mechanic damage the interior of my car right before a lengthy road trip and Henri took the time and care to not only fix that problem, but fix every other issue my car had developed after 2 young kids and years of parking on grimy nyc streets. The level of care and attention to detail shown in such a compressed timeline blew my mind and made me a customer for life. Cannot recommend Pro Detailing enough

Absolutely thrilled with the ceramic coating Henri did on my vehicle! He walked me through the different types and brands, answered all my questions, and made the whole process easy to understand. I especially appreciated how straightforward he was about what was realistically attainable given some prior paint damage — no overpromising, just honest advice. The job was completed on time and looks incredible — it truly looks better than when I bought the car. It’s clear he’s passionate about his work and takes real pride in delivering top-quality results. He doesn’t cut corners, and it shows in the finished product. He even let me know that anytime I have questions or want advice on properly caring for the coating, I can stop by. I’ll definitely be recommending him to others!

To say I was blown away with the quality of his service is an understatement. Yes you have to pay for quality but it’s worth it. I got a ceramic coating, ceramic tints and glass coating for rain that I brought in myself. He did everything in the time he said he would. I cannot recommend him enough.

I was referred to pro detailing HG by a friend and I was not disappointed. Henry was honest and provided a fair estimate for the work. The car has suffers water damage due to a blocked drain. Henry removed all blockage and then removed the front seats to access the and remove the water. The work was performed quickly and after the detailing the car shined like it was brand new. I was beyond impressed with Henry and his thorough and quality work. I would highly recommend using him for detailing or water damage.

I don’t understand the bad reviews for this business!!! I went for my window tints, Henri has been amazing from start to finish. He showed me around the shop for different things and gave me water and even helped me to buff out things on my car without any additional charges. He’s amazing and so are his staffs. I’m definitely recommending henri’s shop to all of my clients, family, and friends.
