I recently had my wheels powder coated in satin black by PRO-TEC Powder Coating, and I couldn’t be happier with the results. The finish looks absolutely incredible — smooth, even, and exactly the look I was going for. You can tell real care and attention to detail went into the work. The pricing was more than fair and a great value for the level of quality delivered. Even with a blizzard rolling through town, Mike still managed to get everything done quickly without cutting corners. That kind of dedication really stands out. Their slogan says, “Quality Matters,” and after seeing the finished product, I can confidently say that’s 100% true. These wheels look like they’ll hold up beautifully for years to come. Highly recommend PRO-TEC to anyone that needs powder coating in the area!

I am overall quite happy with how my items are painted. One thing I wish I specified was the red accent pattern on the blade of the sword I wanted on both front and back. My camera does not do the hammer justice it sparkles red in the sunlight.

After dropping off a lot of very tiny various gun parts to Mike at pro-tec to be sandblasted and some parts powder coated. I was initially told it would take roughly 2 weeks to sand and powder coat. After talking to Mike over text, he was kind enough to expedite the parts and got them all done in just one day! When I got the parts back, they were better than I could have ever imagined. This man deserves all the business and if I even need anything in the future, I will go back to him without a second thought. If I could review over 5 stars I would because Mike is above and beyond when it come to workmanship and professionalism.

Excellent, communicated really well. Did the job at a fraction of scraping old mower decks and buying new painted ones. Outsourced the sandblasting due to a time constraint, but they also will do that as well. Overall good quality work for the price. Definitely be back because they're the closest source to Devils Lake that does Powder Coating and reasonable to deal with.

Mike does good work when he wants to but, getting him to do it is another thing. I dropped off about 500 parts to have powder coated in June of 2013. It's January 2014 now and my parts aren't done. I've heard every excuse he and his wife can think of but my parts aren't getting done. I've left messages on his answering machine whenever it isn't filled up. I've called his house and talked to his wife but, nothing seems to get my parts done. My advice would be to hire someone else. That's what I'm going to do if I can ever catch him in the shop. I'm VERY disappointed with Mike and Pro-Tec Powder Coating. One star is way too much for this review!
