Professional Touch Detail Center

I had my 2015 Chevy Traverse in for a full interior detail in July 2025. I dropped it off in the morning and picked it up about 8 hours later. This experience left me deeply disappointed, and even 6 months later, I’m still frustrated with the lack of quality. Upon arrival for pickup, it was clear to me that not enough time was allotted for the job - they were literally finishing up the carpet cleaning. The stains on the cloth seating, which weren’t even that severe to begin with, looked completely untouched after the seats had dried. Not a single one was lightened or removed, making me question if any spot treatment was done at all. There was visible debris still on the gear shift cover, which should have been an easy clean. A pesky issue was the dampness. The carpets, flooring, and seats were all still wet when I drove off. I followed their drying instructions for overnight results to the letter. The next day, it was still damp inside, so I called them about it. I parked the car outside (70-degree weather with 73% humidity) and ran a fan inside to try to dry it myself. It shouldn’t be on the customer to finish the job. I don’t like confrontation, so I haven’t said anything to them until now. I would’ve expressed my displeasure much sooner had a post-service questionnaire been sent to me. This service fell way short of what I expected for a professional detail. Unfortunately, I can’t recommend them.

Just picked up my vehicle again after an amazing detail. I always go with a ceramic coating along with the detail. My car looks shiny and amazing and will stay this way all year. They always take great care of my car.

Amazing service! Gave me a drive back to my house and delivered my vehicle after they detailed it! Brought it in with the smell of smoke in the interior from the previous owner and there is no hint of the smell anymore along with previous own stains left in the seat that they were able to remove! Smells and looks even newer than how I bought my vehicle! Thank you so much! Will definitely be referring them to anyone I know that needs any detailing done!
