Ryan was great to deal with and made the transaction easy & seamless. I had stopped at another local Sea-Doo dealer before making my way out to Proshop, and let's just say I'm glad I made the effort. They are the BEST! I have a 2022 CanAm Spyder RT, which is my favorite motorcycle to ride with my wife as my passenger. As a senior, I prefer the safety of a three-wheeler, and the Spyder is just so much fun to ride two-up and we can tour with it. We live in St. George, UT (125 miles from Proshop) but I regularly take my Spyder into them for routine service. Jesse in Service has always taken good care of me and my CanAm and I could not be happier. The other day (Saturday), my wife and I decided to take the Spyder out to an early morning breakfast out in Springdale (the quaint little town just outside the gate to Zion National Park). We go there all the time for a scenic ride and a good meal at one of the local eateries. It was a hot day and by the time we got back to our local community, it was about 102*F. I pulled into the garage and the cooling fan was running...no big deal. The electric fan runs often to cool the engine down whenever we ride in hotter weather and in slower, stop-and-go surroundings. Unfortunately, the fan didn't go off after a few minutes. My wife went into the garage and heard the fan still running after 15 or so minutes. This was not right. I was worried that the fan was going to run down the battery so I called Proshop to get some guidance. I asked for Jesse but he was on another call but Matt asked me if he could help me. I explained my problem with the fan, and he gave me instructions over the phone to pull the relay out of its compartment inside the "frunk" and see if the fan stops. He told me that these relays sometime get stuck and the circuit to the fan is welded shut, causing the power to be constant to the fan. I went to the garage and unplugged the relay, and the fan went off! Awesome! Matt told me that I could get a new relay online or at my local auto parts store. As an out-of-state purchaser my first contact was by telephone,  From that first call to my on-site pickup of a Can Am motorcycle everything I was told, was 100% straight, honest, and fulfilled,  I reached out to Proshop because they had the inventory and best prices I located online.  Just as important, when we first spoke I asked and learned they did not pad the out-the-door price with all sorts of additional fees, unlike other dealers who tack on fee after fee that raises the out-the-door price, with tax,  to as much as 30-percent over the vehicle-itself price,  Here, they charged one reasonable freight/assembly but nothing more,  (Since I am out-of-state I will pay sales tax directly to my state DMV.) Matt, one of the family-based owners, treated me with respect, patience, and as much information as I wanted.  I never felt pressured.  Communication by text and phone calls was fast and complete.  When I arrived for my scheduled orientation and pickup everything was textbook smooth with Matt spending quite a bit of time reviewing the bike with and even indulging without judgment my fleeting interest in an alternative bike on the showroom floor,  He provided info but let me decide what I wanted for my requirements. I made the right choice with his fact-based answers. I gather Proshop has been family owned for over 20 years.  They strike me as experts who have been successful because of hard work and skills, no need to try to manipulate the buying experience,  I would not hesitate to buy again from Proshop.
