Pure Air of Alabama

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I cannot recommend Pure Air enough! After everything we’ve been through with our crawlspace and the mold issues in our home, they were a breath of fresh air from the very first phone call. Their team was professional, knowledgeable, and incredibly thorough. They took the time to explain the entire remediation process, answered every question we had, and treated our home with the care and respect it deserved. You can tell they genuinely care about doing the job right rather than just getting in and out. What stood out most was their attention to detail and transparency. They kept us informed throughout the process, arrived when they said they would, and their workmanship gave us confidence that our home was being properly taken care of. After such a frustrating experience with another company, working with Pure Air restored our faith that there are still businesses that take pride in their work and stand behind what they do. If you’re dealing with mold, air quality concerns, or need remediation services, don’t waste your time looking elsewhere. Pure Air is the company you want. This review is based on the in-person free estimate visit I had with a Pure Air AL rep (Scott). I wan't going to leave a review, but after the second invitation I had received, I am. Scott came out for my free estimate/inspection. When he first arrived, he was wearing nice clothes that told me he did not plan on crawling in my crawl space. He did provided helpful education on mold, but in a very condescending way. Additionally, he made two very sexist comments that assumed I had little household power. One comment was "Your husband must not think this is a big problem, otherwise he'd be home and not you." He made a second comment with a similar effect that was very off-putting, and honestly solidified in my mind that we would not use Pure Air of AL in the future, even if we did end up getting the air fog treatment he was selling. When I asked him for a ballpark estimate of what the treatment would cost, he acknowledged there would be a number of items we could opt in or out of, which would vary the price significantly, but when I asked for even a baseline starting point, he simply said "most people get on a payment plan" and that he'd have to do measurements; and, he wouldn't do those until he my husband was present. Otherwise, "it would be a waste of his time". During his visit he did do visual inspections of all air ducts inside, but he opened only one of my crawl space doors and just pointed to the mold for me to see, saying "Has your husband ever been in here, because if he has he doesn't know what mold looks like." At the end, he said "So, do you believe me when I say you have mold that needs treating?" The way he asked it made me feel like he was trying to see if he had convinced me of something that may not be true. I know we have some growing mold in our crawl space that needs addressing, which is why we were getting estimates in the first place. But it was just odd. He was very salesman-y and the way he conducted the whole visit did not build trust

Cory with Primary Search Home Inspections was outstanding from start to finish. He was professional, thorough, and took the time to explain everything in a way that was easy to understand.
