Had my 2026 Hyundai Palisade treated with the 9 year ceramic coating and couldn't be happier with the results. My SUV is wrapped in colored PPF (satin matte finish) and black vinyl, so I took my time finding a proper installer. I appreciated Cristian setting up an initial call to go over his services and different packages. Unlike a lot of other installers, Cristian was super knowledgeable/confident in the ceramic coating he used (gtechniq crystal serum ultra), which turns out is a pretty reputable. Other installers seemed a little dodgy about what coatings they used. His pricing, given the quality of the product itself, was very reasonable. Also they have a pretty extensive portfolio of reviews and pictures of their work on social media. I was greeted by Bryce on install day, who was also super knowledgeable and friendly. The ceramic coating came out great, which I feel accentuates the satin finish. Cristian also pointed out some parts of the PPF I should take back to my PPF installer for repairs, and even did some repairs himself (e.g., bubbling areas around seams). I just did my first car wash post coating, and it was awesome seeing the water bead right off. Overall it was a great experience, and will probably seeing them again soon to give my Model 3 the same coating. Thanks again!

I had a really great experience with this detailer and wanted to share because the situation leading up to my appointment wasn’t exactly ideal—but they absolutely delivered. On the morning of my appointment for a ceramic coating, I actually had a mishap on the way there that left my car less than perfect before they even touched it. Literally right before exiting the freeway some debris flew and hit the driver side bumper! 😫 The car was not even a week old! I was honestly a bit stressed pulling in, but Bryce immediately reassured me and took a close look at everything. What stood out most was how willing they were to step in and help beyond the original scope of work. They took the time to correct the issue as much as possible and didn’t treat it like an inconvenience. Instead, they approached it like it was their own car and made it a priority to get it looking right. By the time I picked it up, the improvement was very noticeable. The problem area was significantly corrected (around 95% better), and the overall finish looked fantastic. 😊 The ceramic coating gave the car a deep, glossy shine, and you could tell they put real effort into the final result. 💪🏼 Customer service was also solid—clear communication, no runaround, and just an overall easy experience. Cristian is easy to text/reach! If you want a detailer who not only does quality coating work but also steps up when unexpected situations come up, I’d definitely recommend them.
