They fired me because I was upstairs waiting for the plane to come in. The warehouse doesn’t have air conditioner. They have t detailed their vans in decades so they’re filled with grime and germs. I mean every time I got in the van my nose would begin to itch and I don’t have allergies. The Supervisor Dave and Kurt and jokes. If they don’t like you , they won’t address you using your name. If you’re duty is dumping lavs, they’ll refer to you as “the lav dumper” or if you’re assigned to wing walk, they’ll call you a “wing walker”, which is very disrespectful to me because I have a name. 100 degree weather , no water or air conditioner in the warehouse and management wants to COMPLAIN about me getting water after throwing 300 bags. This company is a joke and only protect foreigners. A man said to me “That’s why y’all get treated like that now” . Y’all meaning black people or black women. Well, after I went off on him for saying that, I was reprimanded. Not him for using that broad prejudice statement. I was the bad guy for standing up for myself and fired because the supervisor didn’t like working with me after I cursed that poor guy out. Maybe next time he’ll think before he speaks!

Working here is pretty decent. Management actually cares about employees and the company's future. It looks like I may have found where my career takes off.
