Had a great experience. Brought the boat by for a quote in Oct 2020 and got in line. Received a call in April 2021 to bring the boat in and had it back in hand in a just few days. I had extensive and deep dock rash/damage to both the black and white gel coat as well as one quarter sized chip in the gel coat on a transom panel lip as pictured. We also had some other small chips and long scratches that I don’t have photos of. Ralph’s cleaned it all up and did a great job with repairing the gel coat. I had to look at my photos to even know if I was checking the right area to see if the fix looked good. You cannot even tell the gel coat was damaged. Bonus, my bill ended up less than quoted because he said things went quicker than expected. A level of honesty that is hard to come by these days. I hope I don’t have to come back, but when I inevitably need to, I know it will be to Ralph’s.

Just had a repair done on my 06 Malibu. Beautiful job. Cannot even tell there was a problem where it got hurt. Matched the gel coat perfect. Have had other repairs done on my old boat which was a 1979, when I sold that boat to buy the Malibu, it looked like I just bought it in 1979. The best in the industry. You need not look anywhere else. 5 stars again, took my 2006 Malibu in for the second time over all these years and they made it look just like the day I rolled out of the showroom, absolutely amazing

Just picked up my boat which had about a six by four inch crack/hole in the side from the pointy end of another boat. I cannot tell where the hole was, the finish on the repair work is absolutely perfect. The crack was also across part of a factory sticker and they carefully cut the sticker and rounded it off nicely so that unless you knew what the sticker looked like before it's hard to tell it's been cut. I was also pleasantly surprised by the cost, and given the quality of the work, I think it's excellent value. I would not hesitate to use Ralph's again and would recommend to my boating friends. Staff were polite and friendly, Ralph always called me back, and their craftmanship is first class.

We took our boat up to have some body work done underneath where the Gel Coat had rubbed off and have the Gel Coat buffed out. We picked our boat up and it looks like brand new. Very high quality work in a timely fashion. Would highly recommend them to anyone needing boat gelcoat and fiberglass repair.

This is one of those times that I wish I could give six stars. I brought by Centurion boat in for some very deep scratches in three different colors and they are gone now. His service is great and he was very understanding that I could not pick my boat up for several days as I was out of town. I would highly recommend them.
