Jay did an excellent job. He was patient and through with his work, and he explained in detail how to take care of the motorcycle after few days. He shared details about best products and practices to maintain the shine and keep the ceramic coating in best possible shape.

Jay and his team did a great job on a very dusty Radiant Red TTSE FJ Cruiser that just returned from off-roading in Big Bend NP and BBRSP. Communication via the texting system was quick and detailed; Raven arrived on-time and started the Platinum detailing. I had removed all the loose items that I keep in the FJ all the time. They thoroughly cleaned the heavy dust from most of the interior crevices. I shared with Jay what was missed, since I know the "hidden" spots, and they quickly cleaned them. The FJ had some trail pinstripes that needed more attention specifically by Jay. He returned a week later with the right tools and the outside scratches are all but gone. Unfortunately, with my after market modifications on the FJ Cruiser, Jay didn't want to risk damage to my engine bay modifications so he gave me a credit. As a bonus, with a 2-car discount, Raven did the Diamond package on my wife's Genesis G70. She was very pleased with the detail on her Siberian Ice G70. I highly recommend Raven for your auto detailing needs. PS... I didn't get photos immediately after the detailing; both cars are "before" photos.

I needed help quickly when I could not adequately clean an accidental spill on the floor of my car. Jay did an amazing job and went above and beyond. He tried several approaches until the mess was cleaned up. In the process, I got a like new interior. 👏

Jay did an amazing job on the Beast. I had a ceramic coating applied about 6 years ago but had been procrastinating getting it waxed because I was worried about the RT stripes. Jay listened to my concerns and assured me they would not be polished or damaged. 2 hours later, my Challenger looked better than the day I drove it off the lot 7 years ago. I highly recommend Raven for anyone interested in professional service for their daily driver, weekend toy or anything in between.
