    Redmond’s Marine was professional, knowledgeable, and excellent to work with during a challenging situation. Their team demonstrated strong expertise with Suzuki outboards and went above and beyond to assist us with Suzuki warranty work when the original dealership we purchased from fell short. Communication was clear and direct, expectations were explained up front, and their staff remained responsive and professional throughout the process. I genuinely appreciate their willingness to step in and advocate on our behalf, and I would confidently recommend Redmond’s Marine without hesitation.

    The team at Redmond Marine did an outstanding job redoing my 2007 bay boat. Their attention to detail and customer service were top-notch. I couldn’t be happier with the result and would highly recommend them.

    I brought in my outboard for a 100hr service. When I picked it up weeks later, they charged me almost $1,000.00! When I asked how it was possible for a 100hr service to cost that much they said they did 300hr service…on a boat with only 100hr. How does a 300hr service even cost that much?! Brought the boat home which was filthy dirty and found gravel in the cockpit. Washed boat and found multiple gravel sized chips in the hull. This place is an entire rip off! The fiberglass damage was icing on the cake. FTG

    I have purchased a number of products and services over the years from Redmond's and have always been treated well and sold quality products. Most recently purchased and Excel Bay boat and could not be happier with the delivery and advice. Highly recommend Redmond's to anyone looking for service or purchase.
