We were in the market to purchase another vehicle. We had an idea of exactly what we were looking for. After months of searching we just didn't come across one that we felt comfortable moving forward with especially knowing that it would probably be an out of state purchase. We came across one that seemed like a strong contender. When I clicked the link to take me to the dealer's website, I knew I had found the one we were looking for. I sent a text to the number listed inquiring if the vehicle was still available and within a short time I got a text back from Grant, the owner, to let me know that it was. We were able to put a deposit down to hold the car while the process moved forward. To be honest, what sold us was the transparency. Everything there was to know about this vehicle was listed right there before even making contact with Grant. It gave us the opportunity to truly decide if this vehicle was right for us. Everything about this process felt right. We had a PPI done and any concerns we had were addressed. Buying a older used vehicle can be stressful because sometimes you don't know what you might be getting into, but we did not have that feeling about this purchase at all. Anytime we reached out to Grant with a question or concern he was very prompt to respond, which put us even more at ease. And since Renu specializes in detailing and reconditioning cars, we were able to purchase the car, get any repairs that needed to be done, have the PPF, ceramic coating, window tinting and deep interior cleaning done all in one place. When it was finished Grant was able to recommend one or work with the auto transport service you choose to deliver your vehicle to your door. The process was seamless from start to finish. These guys are truly great at what they do. The car looked brand new, we were amazed. Grant was also wonderful to work with. Renu Auto is definitely the first place we will look when we are in the market to purchase

I can’t say enough good things about this auto shop! Everyone here is incredibly friendly, honest, and genuinely cares about helping you. They are very hands-on, knowledgeable, and took the time to make sure everything was taken care of properly. They were also so fast and made the entire experience easy and stress-free. It can be hard to find an auto shop you truly feel comfortable and confident with, but this is absolutely one of those places. Amazing customer service, great people, and quality work. I wouldn’t hesitate to bring my car here again and would recommend them to anyone. Truly the BEST place to take your car! ⭐️

I cannot begin to explain how much I appreciate you guys! The card left in my car was hilarious and I was glad we could make light of the situation. A crock pot of sweet potato chipotle soup spilled on the floor of my Jaq. It was all over. These guys got my car in within 24 hours, cleaned it and made it look and smell just like the day I bought it. We will definitely be back - hopefully not for the same reason though. 😀
