This has to be the worst FBO I have ever been to. The front desk employee treated our crew very disrespectfully. Also- most of them do not understand basic instructions that FBO employees should understand. I would NEVER recommend this FBO for anyone. No one even came up to the airplane to ask us what services we needed! We had to call multiple times to get any answers and then they still did not do their job. If you want a quick and good service, go to another FBO. This FBO is T E R R I B L E.

The ramp employees are wonderful, at night the place doesn't have front desk service, make sure all papers for your flight are ready just in case.

Line tech put a 2ft long scratched the top of my wing when refueling. Then put the fuel cap on backwards with the lift tab facing forward. I shared pictures of the damage w the GM. He offered to pay for the paint repair and passed along they've had issues with this particular employee. While I appreciate the accommodation attempt, it's concerning that management would allow a person who is either untrained or callous to service multi million dollar aircraft. Either way it's not acceptable and next time I'm in RIC I'll use their competition.

The front desk employee on Saturday December 1st didn’t have very professional customer service skills. I approached the desk at 9:30am and after I said hello she starred at me, and didn’t say good morning, or hello how are you. She just looked at me, so I laughed and just pretended she didn’t do anything wrong as she resumed STAINING A MIRROR FRAME...while working?? Am I wrong for thinking her customer service skills were absent.

Very clean facilities and a courteous and professional staff! I always stop in to say "Hi!" when I am traveling through Richmond
