Rick-N-Ball Restoration

I had a great experience working with Rick-N-Ball Restoration after a water leak caused a lot of damage in our home. From the beginning, they were organized, professional, and clear about the process. The mitigation team acted quickly to remove damaged materials and set up the necessary equipment to dry everything out. They took care to protect unaffected areas and explained everything along the way. Once the reconstruction began, I was really impressed with the quality of the work. They paid close attention to every part of the repair, whether it was drywall, painting, flooring, or the bathroom tile. The team even handled cleanup, which made things a lot easier. Everyone me and my wife talked with was responsive, respectful, and easy to work with. They helped coordinate with insurance and made the whole process smoother than I expected. I would definitely recommend Rick-N-Ball to anyone needing restoration work. Solid team and solid results.

I want to start out by saying, I have had a lot of experience with contractors as a homeowner. Rick-N-Ball has exceeded expectations and stand on top above the rest. We hired Rick-N-Ball to do a complete gut out and remodel of 3 bathrooms. Rick-N-Ball did a terrific job. Not only did they do a great job, but the experience also working with them was fantastic as well – which is just as important to me. Mike Haught, the project manager, was such a polite, punctual, and down to earth guy. Mike’s communication was excellent, and he would note down every detail of the project. During the entire project, I know I could give Mike a call and he would be more than happy to give me the time needed to discuss things. Mike always made sure things were done right and on schedule. I could go on and on saying good things about Mike. He was exactly everything you need a project manager to be. When it got to tiling the bathroom, Rick-N-Ball’s tile/flooring guy, Jeremy Marshall, was outstanding to work with and very informative throughout the tiling process. Before tiling, Jeremy would go through the tiling plan to ensure it is correct, express concerns, and use his expertise to walk through any suggestions. He would always say “my job is to make you happy”, and he did just that. Jeremy was awesome, and I appreciate him being as thorough as he was to make sure it was done right the first time. If anything did arise that needed attention, I know I could count on him to come over and fix anything we needed. When the bathrooms were done, Jeremy and his team finished with an incredible product, and we couldn’t be happier. Just look at the photos! Rick-N-Ball is an absolute asset to the Huntsville and North Alabama area. They will now be my go-to contractor when the job is too big for me to take on myself. I would not hesitate to give them a call in the future. Thank you, Rick-N-Ball!

Rick and ball are doing the repairs to my kitchen due to water damage which repairs are still ongoing, however I wanted to acknowledge the contractor who install my backsplash today. Jeremy Marshall (Professional Flooring & Construction) and his team did an awesome job…the install is seamless. I am very satisfied with the quality of work performed. They were punctual, professional, and courteous. 10 out of 10 will recommend.
