I cannot say enough about Rob, Mike, and the entire RSI team. RSI provides the kind of service every boat owner hopes to find—knowledgeable, responsive, dependable and genuinely committed to taking care of their customers. From ongoing service and maintenance to winter storage and those inevitable unexpected repairs, their team consistently goes above and beyond. Rob has assembled an exceptional group of people who know boats, understand the importance of getting things done correctly and are always willing to step up when their customers need them most. Communication is excellent, the service is thorough, and there is a level of personal attention that is increasingly difficult to find. That commitment was demonstrated once again when a prop shaft failed on my Wellcraft Portofino while I was hosting a company cruise with 15 people aboard. It was 3:45 on a Friday afternoon, and one call to Rob set an entire team into motion. What could easily have ended our outing became little more than an unexpected pit stop, an adventure of sorts, because of their extraordinary responsiveness and expertise. That experience exemplifies what I have come to expect from RSI: exceptional service from exceptional people. Thank you, Rob, Mike and the entire RSI team for taking such great care of my boat year after year. Your expertise, hard work and commitment to your customers do not go unnoticed. I wouldn't trust my boat to anyone else. Five stars all the way!

Since I purchased this boat in 1998 it has always been stored indoors with RSI ! Also, they have done all the maintenance, due to that we have NEVER been stuck down the river. Best group of mechanics and people that care about your day off!! That’s why we work to keep these boats perfect. Thank you Rob and Laura.

I was in the market for a boat, and Dan Idleburg posted a Malibu on Facebook in the Malibu group I was following. I messaged Dan and within minutes he had gotten back me. I asked Dan to work details with my husband due to his OCD. Dan was amazing! He spent time collecting pictures for my husband, gathering information. He was always responsive and courteous. Since we were out of town buyers Dan made sure to tell us everything about the boat and pointed out everything in detail to ensure our 6 hour drive to see the boat would be worth the trip. We purchased from Dan and would recommend him to anyone! I wish there were more Dan’s out there!

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Had a major engine failure this spring that left us stranded on Prior Lake. Rob and his team at RSI Marine came to the rescue, bringing a trailer out to the Knotty Oar Marina to haul our boat back to their shop. Not only did they handle the engine repair quickly and professionally, but they also fixed a few smaller issues along the way—and got us back on the water faster than I expected. Rob worked directly with the manufacturer to get the repairs covered under warranty, which saved us a ton. Communication was excellent throughout the entire process. I can’t recommend RSI enough for anyone needing boat repairs or routine maintenance. Top-notch service from start to finish.

Worked with Dan I. to help sell my boat. Dan is first class. Very professional, knowledgeable and responds very quickly. Went above and beyond in every aspect of the process. Definatelt would work with their team in the future if needed for all boating needs. I would highly recommend RSI Marine and Dan.
