Sam's Steam Auto Detail

First time going to Sam’s Auto Detail and they did an incredible job on an exterior and interior detail of my car. Walked me through what you should / shouldn’t do to prevent paint swirls, and made my car looking straight out of the lot again. Definitely coming back.

They used to be wonderful, both in attitude and work, which is why I drove 5 miles for their services. However, this changed. I texted early in the morning to schedule full interior and exterior detailing for two cars—an SUV and a Prius. I asked several simple questions about scheduling and whether they could offer a discount since I was bringing two vehicles on the same day. Instead of answering, I received an automated message telling me to text them, even though I had already texted. I had to call eventually to get a response. I was disappointed that they were unwilling to offer any discount for two full details. While I understand every business sets its own prices, I expected more flexibility for a loyal, returning customer bringing multiple vehicles. After I expressed my disappointment, I was simply told that they do not provide discounts for two cars and that if I preferred another service, they understood. I ended up using a highly rated mobile detailing company instead, wash on wheels. They will come to my home, offered a $100 discount on the two vehicles, and the total for detailing both my SUV and sedan was under $500. Sam's detailing work has always been very good, but unfortunately, the customer service and willingness to value a returning customer no longer matched the quality of the work. For me, that made it an easy decision to take my business elsewhere.

I had my car detailed at Sam’s Auto Detail and was absolutely blown away by the level of care and attention they put into their work. It truly felt like they were treating my car as if it were their own. Every inch was spotless, and the results exceeded all my expectations. Now I fully understand why they have a perfect 5 star rating! It's more than well deserved. Their passion and dedication to what they do left a lasting impression on me. I’m still thinking about how great the experience was!
