I highly recommend Eric and the team at Santa Barbara Marine Services. Their professionalism and deep knowledge were apparent from the start. I entrusted them with the saildrive service and the 1000-hour maintenance on my Yanmar 3ym30ae engine. It gave me significant peace of mind knowing they meticulously followed official Yanmar service specifications and used genuine Yanmar parts for the job. Their service was detailed and trustworthy. They demonstrated great flexibility by working around my boatyard haul-out schedule, arriving promptly as planned. The work was performed efficiently yet thoroughly. I was particularly appreciated their diligence in staying after the boat was back in the water to conduct a water test, confirming everything, including the transmission, was functioning correctly. Technician Garret was excellent – polite, patient, and took the time to explain the work clearly, reinforcing my trust in their expertise. Ariel in the office was equally impressive, providing responsive and seamless coordination throughout the project. For reliable, detailed marine engine service that adheres to manufacturer standards, I absolutely trust and recommend Santa Barbara Marine Services.

Eric and his wife Aurielle as well as their entire crew are top notch,. Fabulous work for normal maintenance and helped me out when I was in a bit of a time crunch with diagnosing and quickly fixing a cooling problem
