Dustin is a life saver! Had my seadoo spark have oil in the hull which is a big red flag! He had me drop it off on a sunday, then by the next day ( monday) had it back and ready by 3:30. He was able to find the issue , fix it, do a oil change, and then top off my coolant. On top of that he fixed my trailer plug! All of these services done efficiently, and with great craftmanship! Then the most important, he did not charge an arm and a leg like dealerships do! Good work, good price, good craftmanship, he will have my business ! Thanks Dustin!

I’ve had several items on my jetski fixed here including a motor rebuild. Have been happy with the quality and time frame of repairs. Was always kept updated on progress of repairs. Happy enough customer to purchase a used ski last summer that ran great. 2 skis are better than 1. Dustin even followed up throughout the season to make sure everything was running good.

Dealing with this guy has been nothing short of a disaster! He's had my jetski for over a year and three months still not fixed! So I finally just picked it up because I got tired of all his lies and run arounds (enough to make you wanna pull your hair out). I pick it up to the whole jet drive missing parts! And barely held on by anything! Nuts and bolts laying around everywhere. I paid him to replace my reverse cable upon picking it up the first time "it was DONE" trying out the new cable, it snaps. So I sat at his shop and watch him rip my whole jet drive off to replace the broken reverse cable and he doesn't have any on hand so he takes one off of another jet ski that's sitting there. I should have known to cut my losses short right there but when I got home it would not start. Brought it back to him and he told me I would know what was wrong with it by the end of the day, 4 months later I still don't have a jet ski that's running and fixed and my jet drive is about to fall off. Oh and the guy said he has nothing to do with that by the way even though I sat at his shop with him and WATCHED him pull it out. What a headache and disaster! I went in for a simple motor rebuild a year and 3 months later I think my jet ski is in worse condition than I took it to him in. And now I have to take him to court! And take it to another shop to fix all his mess ups. I just wanted my dang moter fixed but he claimed I didn't give him "sufficient time" to fix it even though he's had it for a year and 3 months. That he would fix it at his and I quote "slow pace". I got an unfixed jetski back & some how im already about half way through the motors warranty, and haven't even got to use the jetski yet, that don't even make sense. This dude and his junk yard shop are a joke and if you decide to use him Goodluck is all I can say!! Hopefully Your experience will be way better than mine! If there was an option it would be - stars! Good luck!

Had another shop in Point Place work on my ski that had been stored 2 years. They spent TWO SEASONS and many $ to no avail. They couldn’t get it to run even though they told me they had it fixed. I brought it to See Dude and he had it running in 10 min. Very reasonable on his pricing and I would highly recommend this shop! I’m taking my other ski there shortly to have him put in a motor. UPDATE:—— DON’T BRING ANYTHING HERE! Yes he fixed my one ski and I was very happy that he fixed it. So I thought he was good. BOY WAS I WRONG! I had another ski he said was locked up and needed a motor. I had him work on it, started in June! I got it back, it flooded. Took it back, he said he fixed it. Flooded again. 3rd time, flooded again. Last time he’ fixed’ it, it’s NOV now, and I want to water test to make sure the repair is good and he’s now filling a police report saying I stole my ski. This GUY IS SHADY, don’t bring anything to this guy. He complained to me that he can’t respond to my texts about my ski, which I texted about once a week bc otherwise I would get zero info from him. He also advised me that he was too busy to do all his work and still work on my ski, even though it wasn’t done correctly even after the 3rd time! YOU’VE BEEN WARNED!!!

My wife and I are first time boat owners. I've always had friends with boats, but never owned my own. The Sea Doo Switch was a perfect fit for our midsized car and what we were looking for in a fun time on the water. Made it through the 10 hour break-in without incident and quickly started heading to forty hours. no issues, or mishaps. That ended when I made the mistake of trusting our depth finder and ran aground outside of one of the many boat clubs down from the Perrysburg boat launch, at the end of Maple Street. My wife and I managed to get the boat free, but not without damaging the "Wear Ring" around the Impeller. The computer on the boat went into "Limp Mod" and allowed us to get back to the Perrysburg launching area at about six to seven knots. Upon docking the boat, luck would have it that the owner of SeaDude, Dustin was just getting off his Sea-Doo and over heard me talking about the "Limp Mode". I told him what had happened and once the boat was trailered and out of the water he showed me that the "Wear Ring" had been damaged and would need to be replaced. Luck would have it that Dustin was just the man I needed to meet. He was able to replace the ring within the same day that he had received my boat. There is no way that this would have happened without waiting weeks, even months, anywhere else. He even took the time after showing me the damaged wear ring, to help reseat the boat on our trailer. He showed me that I had pulled the trailer to far into the water, before trailering the boat. It was sitting off to one side. He waited with us, until we had an opening to refloat the boat and properly trailer it. Dustin was very helpful and patient with the two of us. Under the circumstances I feel that his pricing was fare and the fact that he was willing to offer his help and suggestions was priceless. Thanks, Dustin
