I recently had the pleasure of taking my car to this shop, and the experience was nothing short of exceptional. The owner, Mr. Nate, is a true professional whose welcoming gesture and genuine care for his customers immediately put me at ease. I initially brought my vehicle in for the elite interior deep cleaning, but Mr. Nate went above and beyond by identifying exterior paint scratches and offering to fix them at a significantly discounted rate. The quality of the work was outstanding, the pricing was very reasonable, and everything was completed exactly on time. It is rare to find a business that provides such high-level craftsmanship while maintaining such a personal touch. I highly recommend this service center to anyone looking for top-tier detailing and will certainly be referring all my friends and family here.

A happy & satisfied, returning customer to Secret Touch Auto Spa. I discovered Secret Touch a couple years ago when I was looking for an excellent detailing service company. I had gone several times for a range of services and was completely satisfied each visit. Recently my vehicle was involved in a serious hit & run accident and was a total loss. I purchased a new vehicle and stopped in to make an appointment to have my newly purchased vehicle detailed. The owner, Nate, as always, was wonderful. He was sorry to hear of the accident and was able to get my new car in for a full detail the very next day. In addition to the thorough interior/exterior detailing, they removed some chrome protection strips attached to the driver & passenger front doors that I didn’t want, put down new floor & cargo liners that I had purchased, and trimmed the cargo liner to fit perfectly around my trunk subwoofer. They even discarded the shipping boxes that the liners came in, for me…all these small extras, free of charge. As always, they had my new car looking amazing. I also inquired about protecting the exterior of my new car from wear, chips, & other road hazards, with one of their many paint protection services they offer. I’ll be returning to have that service done and with spring coming I’ll definitely be back for another round of their engine bay cleaning & undercarriage cleaning services, after the long New England winter. They really do offer a whole array of car care & protection services that are too numerous to list. So check them out. I would absolutely recommend Secret Touch Auto Spa, 100%. I’ve added some pictures below of my previous car, a red 300 and the new one, my gray 300, that Secret Touch has helped and continues to help me, keep looking great!
