David Castillo with ServiceMaster came to our home at the request of our insurance company. We had substantial water damage in our home due to a roof leak. David was able to determine where the water gained entry which was in the laundry room behind a built-in pantry. He explained very clearly the process to us. It involved tear out of the cabinet and removing damaged drywall with mold and removal of flooring. The extent of the damage was more than we anticipated. He had to remove drywall in the living room as well. Each step of the way he explained what he was doing, and why. He made sure to ask us many times if we had any questions and of course we did. We appreciated that because it can be information overload and distressful when your house is in disarray. David answered all of our questions, especially about the timeline, the work ahead of us to repair everything and who would be calling us next. It has been a pleasure to work with David. We appreciated his professionalism and he was always on time for his appointments. There were many visits to our home to dry everything out. He was also very good at cleaning up and was kind enough to bring us boxes. My husband and I truly enjoyed meeting David. David did a great job for us and we will always appreciate and remember him.

Our experience with Service Master was great. Ray took care of us and all of questions from the moment he got to our home. He even came out late on a Saturday night and helped immediately. He gave us lots of information and took great care of our home. He was thorough and knowledgeable, and I’m so thankful our insurance sent him out. The whole service master team from pack out to remediation and demo was great. Communication, friendly, considerate. Thank you all!

I was very pleased with the services provided by Service Master Anytime. Ray was my Restoration Technician and he was amazing. He is knowledgeable, hard-working, on time, and politely answered all my crazy questions. He is definitely an asset to this company for much more than his work ethic and customer service skills. I've had bad repair experiences, but this one was great! 👍

Tue, Jan 20 at 1:53 PM Mr. Rosendo I want to take a few minutes to inform you of how pleased I am with Dave servicing my home. He was first dispatched on Monday January 12th. and he immediately communicated with my adjuster for approval to commence restoration. As a homeowner that has never experience this kind of water damage, the process was very stressful. David was a professional and very calming. He explained the process as he progressed and he was diligent in protecting the surrounding areas of the rest of the house. He provided timelines as the week progressed and he was also very punctual. I have a peace of mind that my kitchen water damage is dry and ready for final installation. If I was rating Dave's performance and 5 stars was excellent - I would give him 5 PLUS stars. LReyna

Incredibly prompt, very knowledgeable, answered all my questions. Communicated with insurance about all damages. Took lots and lots of pictures. David Castillo was outstanding in his work and diligence to make sure I had all the equipment for the insurance claim. He cleaned as best as he could the derbies caused by the demolition. I would recommend David and Service Master anytime you need them.
