Servpro of Little Rock did a great job on the recent plumbing leak disaster in our house. Shelby called us back immediately and did a great job in managing all the damage abatement including drying things out, packing up and storing our belongings, and the removal of damaged flooring. A big thanks to Robin, Brenda, Danny, Claire, Amanda,Tyler, Wendy, Tony and Deangelo. They were meticulous in their work and never left a mess which enabled us to continue to live in the undamaged part of the house. I’m glad we chose them!

I want to thank Amanda and the Servpro team for helping me during a really difficult situation. Amanda was kind, patient, and took time to explain things to me when I was stressed and overwhelmed. She was professional but also compassionate, and that meant a lot. She helped guide me through the process and made me feel heard. I truly appreciate her support and the work the team did. I cannot believe I am writing this review after seeing this company’s 4.9‑star rating. Unfortunately, my elderly mother has not had the same experience. On March 2, 2026, my mother experienced a leak under her concrete slab. ServicePro was prompt in placing fans and addressing the moisture, which we did appreciate. However, serious issues followed. ServicePro removed her kitchen cabinets without approval from the insurance company, and as of April 21, 2026, they still have not replaced them. This establishment has been neglectful and unresponsive throughout the process. Local management has failed to follow through, and this issue now warrants corporate‑level attention. It is disappointing that State Farm continues to use this company for its bidding and restoration work under these circumstances. My mother is elderly, diabetic, and suffers from congestive heart failure. She is frail and currently unable to use her kitchen. She has no sink, no dishwasher, and no lower cabinets for storage. She is forced to wash dishes in a wash tub or in her bathroom sink and cannot cook in her home. Her living space has also become a significant tripping hazard, as she must navigate around displaced furniture and kitchen essentials. This situation directly places her health and safety at risk. It is unacceptable that an elderly, medically fragile person has been left in this condition for over seven weeks. This experience does not reflect a commitment to customer service, care, or accountability—particularly from a company with a reputation that suggests otherwise. We are formally requesting immediate intervention from company leadership to resolve this matter. Until this issue is corrected, I will continue to share our experience so others are aware.
