I met Alan for just one day at the FBO, and he made a really good impression. He was friendly, professional, and easy to deal with. Everything went smoothly, and I appreciated how helpful he was throughout my visit. I’d definitely come back to this FBO again because of the experience I had with him.

Horrible experience today POST ACQUISITION of Craig Jet Center. Called Sky Harbor for fuel. They said it would be 20 minutes. Ok no problem. 35 minutes went by so we called. The gal put us on hold and called the fuel truck. His response was “tell them we’re going to be another 30 minutes - I’m going to Jax Aero instead because they are a more important client.” The gal then gets back on the phone and tells us they’re down to one fuel truck for both FBOs. So the plan is to buy out your competition, raise fuel prices by 50% the day of, then follow it up with horrible service and a limited fleet?

First time flying into Craig, sky harbor didn’t disappoint! Staff is super friendly and accommodating, fbo is very clean, best of all they have pups that greet you when you arrive.

Great FBO. Helpful and generous, made our trip as easy as possible. Cannot recommend enough, they support GA the same way they support anyone doing part 135 operations.
