From the start, SOAP’s professionalism stood out from the rest. Working with Muhammed to schedule the service was a breeze. He asked all the right questions and set all the right expectations. However, no one could’ve anticipated the shenanigans that were to follow... To make a long story short, Ali, who came out to do the service, was questioned and harassed by the staff of the community where I live. Ali stood his ground, as he was already halfway through detailing my car’s exterior. He refused to leave his job. The maintenance worker onsite preceded to alert the Carmel police who allowed Ali to finish the work. And what a job he did… even under all that pressure.
