I really wanted to love this company because the actual detailing work was excellent. Jaymen and Hassani were both incredibly thorough, professional, and did an amazing job on all three of our vehicles. They clearly take pride in their work, and I have nothing but good things to say about them. Unfortunately, where this company fell short for me was the communication from the office. Over the course of using their services, I had to repeatedly follow up about overcharge issues, scheduling, and plan information. On one occasion, I was even no-showed with no communication. When you're paying for a premium detailing service, I don't think it's unreasonable to expect timely updates and clear communication. I initially chose this company because of all the five-star reviews, and I can absolutely see why. Jaymen and Hassani are a huge asset to the business. It's just disappointing that the office experience didn't match the quality of their work. I genuinely wanted to continue using them, but after multiple communication issues, I decided this wasn't the company for me. I hope they can improve the communication side of the business because the quality of the detailing itself is truly top notch.

Got my F-150 ceramic coated and it looks amazing — super glossy and easy to keep clean. The job came with a warranty too, which gives me peace of mind. Definitely worth it!

I had Southern Detail apply ceramic coating to my vehicle after applying it on my son’s truck recently and the results blew me away. Would recommend!

Absolutely disgusting (in a good way) work from Southern Detail. Couldn’t be happier. The car looks incredible. It was difficult to drive home with all the waves and compliments I was getting.

Southern Car Detail Ceramic Coating did an amazing job on my car! The difference was night and day. the paint went from dull and faded to looking brand new with a deep, mirror-like shine. The team was professional, friendly, and clearly took pride in their work, paying attention to every detail. They finished on time, explained the process clearly, and the ceramic coating has kept my car looking spotless even after rain. I highly recommend them to anyone in Tacoma or Parkland who wants top-quality detailing and great customer service!
