September of last year my car sat under several sycamore trees for about 2 weeks, then it sat out in the sun for 7 months. Sycamore trees drop sap like a mist so my car was covered like a glazed donut AND it was baked on. I attempted to clean it off myself but quickly realized I did not have the right supplies and it would take a whole lot of my time. I called and talked with Zack and had him come out to take care of it. He was very easy to work with. He was attentive to my needs. The appointment time we set and he even called me to let me know he was on the way. He and his crew got right on it and did a good job. I couple of days later I was still noticing a lot of sap was still on my car but not as much. They got a lot off of my car but there was a good amount more that needed to be removed. I called Zack again and explained this to him. To my happy surprise, he understood the situation and we set another appointment. He said there would be no charge because I already paid him. He wanted it to be right as much as I did. The second appointment again he was on time calling me when he was on the way. My car now is smooth like glass and a great shine!!!! Zack is a professional!! He cares about the work he does and the people he serves!!

Zack and team are all professional and get good results. They will ask you what you want them to achieve. Have had two vehicles completed and I might have them do the motorcycle next!. (Heck, even the lawn mower!)

If you need your car detailed, look no further than Southern Shine Mobile Detailing. My vehicle was desperately in need of some TLC and was covered in dirt and wear from daily use. The crew went above and beyond, paying unbelievable attention to every single detail. The carpets are spotless, the leather is conditioned, and the exterior shines like glass. Professional, punctual, and worth every penny. My car looks brand new!

This was the first detail for my new car and they were excellent!! The communication prior to my appointment confirmed location and time of my appointment. Not only were they prompt, they were early, and my SUV looks great!. Will definitely be using them again in the future.

How do I describe the satisfaction felt for the quality of the service??? Zack and Wan were so professional and meticulous taking care of my 13 year old car . . . made it look like it just came off the showroom floor!!! Highly recommend them for the job . The $'s paid were well worth it. Will definitely use them again when needed.
