Hey we had some issues with surf system. Made a call to get it serviced and the friendly lady told me we could get our boat taken care of immediately. Upin arrival, the service department took care of me with excellent customer service. They fixed the issue in record time. I appreicate them staying in constant communication with me through the process. Friendly atmosphere and very professional service was offered. I recommend if you need service on any boat to take it here. They will help you. I will be back for future business. Thank you all for your professional services.

What an amazing and easy experience. I met the team at Southtown WaterSports at the Mid-Atlantic boat show. They had an almost overwhelming display featuring Moomba and Supra boats, their board shop and the service department. I didn’t go to the boat show with any intention of buying a new boat but the Knock Out edition of the Moomba Max changed everything. They even had a factory rep from Moomba to help answer any questions. Greg Tibbett was my point man and walked me through every process with ease and understanding. Their parts and service department worked with me in adding a few splashes to my boat and got them installed in no time flat. They delivered my beautiful new Moomba in no time and walked me through every aspect of the surf system. They truly have a complete program. While I intend to own my new Moomba for a long while, I will definitely go back to SouthTown when it’s time to upgrade. With the new wake boat I will also be enjoying their pro shop for all my boards and rope needs.

Their sales people are incredible! Greg was extremely helpful on our last two boat purchases. The service department at STWS makes you feel like family, no question is ever a stupid question. They have gone above and beyond to keep us as clients, and our shredding on the lake!

Prior management was non-responsive over the years, but Paxton has been super and responsive across all communication channels. This has been a pleasant and refreshing change. For example, just today Jeff and his tech Danny G were first class in setting up, verifying, and handling my lake call at Lake Hickory in a timely, efficient and fair manner. It was all my fault I was a bit lazy on scheduling my winterization sooner than I did, yet they responded with haste and urgency to get my boat taken care of. Keep up the elevated service and quality work!
