Do yourself a favor and stay away from this place. One star because there is no way to rate zero. I went there for two back rest for my motorcycle. Alla was very professional and gave me a fair price of $250 per piece but she didn’t have the custom supplies that I need. I bought the leather and a few weeks later went back there and there was Dimitri. He said that his wife wasn’t the one to make those decisions and that he wasn’t interested in such a small job. And if he was to get that done, it would cost me at least $1200 and walked away back into the shop. I couldn’t believe what I just saw. I’m a business owner on the cape for over 15 years and that’s definitely not the way to treat your customers. I drove to Wareham where I got both back rest perfectly done for $350.

If I could give this business zero stars I would. Back in September my glass sunroof cracked and my insurance company referred the repair job to this business. From the second I called to get an estimate on when I could get my sunroof fixed or if I would be able to drop my car off the male owner was extremely rude. Upon arriving to get my sunroof replaced I was told the job would only take 20 minutes. Instead the job took over an hour and I had to wait outside in the rain. Before allowing me to inspect the sunroof to make sure it worked the owner forced me to sign paperwork in order for him to get paid for the job and refused to give me my car keys until I did. When I returned to my car I discovered the interior trim around the sunroof was missing. The owner did not disclose this to me and when I asked what happened to it he pointed to the trash can and said it was broken but it was not broken prior to him replacing my sunroof. He told me “most cars don’t even have this trim” not caring that my car did and now it was missing. Both him and his wife told me there was nothing they could do and refused to help me. I encourage everyone to take their auto business elsewhere as the owner has no customer service, was extremely rude and did not disclose to me that a part of my sunroof was damaged. This man made me feel belittled and assumed that I as a woman would have no idea about cars and treated me with no respect.
