i know there’s a warning that they’re not responsible for missing moldings but they definitely got ripped off easily going through the basic car wash

Not impressed today. Was charged an extra 10 because the car was muddy. There was no significant under carriage mud. Just mud spots on the body. Isn't that what a carwash is for? Turned out to be a very poor job anyway. I've used these guys for years. I'll look elsewhere next time.

Detailing was unsatisfactory. While the exterior, carpet, and mats looked good, there were MANY missed areas. If I knew this would be the outcome, I would've done it myself. Strangely enough, the $105 detail plus the $15 military PCS package totaled up to $150. This cleaning did not meet my expectations, and will definitely NOT pass inspection.

Spend 30 dollars and 5 dollar tip to get my truck washed and it's real disappointing that half the road dust it still on it... Thanks for such a great job lmbo

Scheduled an appointment for shipping detail, looked fine at first glance and on day of shipping(the next day) vehicle gets turned back. For the price charged it should have been first time go without question. Get offered to have it done again, no thanks if it wasn't right the first time why would I bring it back to you. Yes the car was dirty, we've moved 3 times with a child and now own a golden retriever so hair and dirt are to be expected in my car. *Response* don't offer a military ship special if it's not good enough for the inspection
