6/13 Update: Met up with Jason at his shop, him and his crew went through again and it definitely looks better. Spots that were untouched got attention, and seats are looking better. thanks again for fixing it. Overall, wasn’t the greatest detail I’ve received and here’s the great and not great. Exterior was well done, Jason was even able to remove some tough adhesive which I was super glad. Outside looked great, didn’t touch the truck bed though which, I don’t mind since it was going to get dirty. Interior was ok. There were spots that weren’t touched at all that I wasn’t happy about. Reached out to Jason for a partial refund, he said he’d want to come back out to fix it. About 2-3 weeks later, yes it’s been raining but it’s also been sunny, nothing. I don’t have any photos of the exterior but here are some interior photos I had sent to me. Overall, was alright. Will be getting the interior redone else where.

Scheduling was fast and super convenient—I was able to book an appointment within just a few days. Jason showed up right on time and detailed both of my vehicles right in my driveway, which made the whole process incredibly easy. The results were amazing. The cars look and smell fantastic! With four kids and a dog that sheds like crazy, it was no small job, but Jason got the interiors looking like new again. Pricing was fair, clearly listed on the website, and there were no surprise fees or gimmicks. I would highly recommend StarWash and will definitely be using them again!

My car was very very dirty with a lot of dog hair and slobber, and in fact had actually been turned away by Ziebart for detailing already, because they said it was too big of a job. I reached out to StarWash on a holiday weekend, and not only did Jason reach out the same day to offer me an appointment on the first non-holiday day, but they sent a staff member (Alex) to my house to both pick up and drop off the car!!! Zach was the member who did my car’s actual detailing, and it’s cleaner than it has been in years. The leather was literally shining, and he even re-cleaned the fabric floor mats I had in my trunk that I’d switched out for weather tech mats. I literally could not recommend this company enough; thank you so much StarWash!! (I don’t have the before picture that I uploaded into my appointment request form, but if StarWash still does and wants to add it here they can show you how bad it was before they worked on it!!) The after picture doesn’t even do it justice of how spotless the car is; also I did interior detailing only so don’t pay attention to the dirt on the outside of the doors, there is no speck of dirt or dust anywhere inside!!

UPDATE: I had my car serviced again today, January 8th and my car looks absolutely wonderful! It was much needed. Thanks again, StarWash! Yesterday, I got my car detailed, including my engine! He did an awesome job with everything! My car feels brand new! Thank you!

First time using a Car detailing service and these guys were amazing. The whole process was super easy and convenient and they were quick to respond when i had questions. The car I had being detailed was a used car I just purchased that was absolutely filthy and had probably not been cleaned in over a year. What really surprised me was not only did they do an amazing job but they kept sending me pictures throughout the day of my car and how excited they were with how it was turning out. Its obvious they enjoy what they do and take pride in their work. I will absolutely use them again!
