I recently purchased a brand new 2024 Malibu 25 LSV from Stateamind Water Sports, and I can honestly say it was one of the best and easiest buying experiences I’ve ever had. From the very beginning, Joel Rauch and his team—Joe, Andrew, and Lindsay—made the entire process feel smooth, transparent, and genuinely enjoyable. In an industry where boat dealers don’t always have the best reputation and can sometimes lean toward bait-and-switch tactics, this group stands out in the best possible way. They are honest, straightforward, and operate with real integrity—you can feel that right away. They gave me a very fair trade on my MasterCraft, handled all the logistics of picking up my old boat, and are even delivering my new Malibu right to my dock. That level of service alone would have impressed me, but they went even further by including surf lessons for my family. It’s clear they care not just about making a sale, but about making sure your family truly enjoys the boat and the experience that comes with it. What really sets them apart is how they treat you—like more than just a customer. You can tell they take pride in what they do and value long-term relationships. That kind of approach is rare these days, and it made a big impression on me. Truly great people who go above and beyond in every way. I can’t recommend Stateamind Water Sports enough!!

What a fantastic place to buy a boat. I really liked how easy this place was to work with. I first messaged Joe that I was interested in a boat he was selling. That evening I had put a deposit down. A few days later I went and picked up the boat. The day I picked it up Joe the guy I had texted was off that day and I was greeted by Andrew, He helped me fill out all of my paperwork and was super helpful and good to me too. 5 out of 5 stars

We recently purchased a used Axis A22 from Stateamind Water Sports and had an awesome experience from start to finish. Joe and Andrew were incredibly knowledgeable, patient, and easy to work with throughout the entire process. They really listened to our budget and helped us find the perfect boat without any pressure, which we truly appreciated. What set them apart even more was taking the time to get us out on the river and walk us through how to operate everything—it made us feel confident right away. The whole experience was smooth, transparent, and genuinely enjoyable. We highly recommend Stateamind Water Sports to anyone in the market for a boat!

The general manager, Andrew provided great customer service on our boat purchase. He explained everything extremely well and was so easy to work with. He took the time to answer all of our questions and put our minds at ease. We’d highly recommend Stateamind Watersports if you are considering a boat purchase.

I just bought my second boat from Stateamind, a brand new Malibu 23LSV. Joe Moore was my salesman and he was freaking phenomenal! I wasn't even looking but he contacted me and just created such an easygoing atmosphere with casual and focused calls that I ultimately bought a boat. No pressure, just friendship and solutions. And he and Stateamind really stretched to make it happen for me. They made the process incredibly easy. Gave me tickets to any boat show I wanted to attend. Stored the boat for the winter. Gave me almost at cost discount to outfit the boat. In short, they treated me like a best friend. Yet this was the first time I have EVER met Joe. As part of the deal, they let me trade my 2020 Malibu 23LSV in. They sent a truck across the country to pick up my trade. Even the gentleman driving that truck was an employee and top notch individual. Jim was his name. He was professional and fastidious about checking that everything was collected promptly and safely. So far, I would personally hire every single person I have met at Stateamind. I can't imagine buying from another dealer, ever.
