I started using Stateline Boat Works in the fall of 2025 after buying an older boat that needed some work. I researched a lot of repair shops and, even though there were several places much closer to me (including one only about 8 minutes away from Greenwich), I chose them because of their reviews and reputation. I also wanted to wait to leave a review until I had multiple experiences with them first. Since then, I’ve worked with Mike and Danny several times — for winterizing, electronics work, major engine repairs during the winter of 2026, and again this past April. Every experience has been positive. Their work is excellent, communication is great, and their pricing has been fair. What stood out most to me was their honesty. There were upgrades and repairs I thought I needed, including some expensive ones, and they took the time to check everything and told me they were not necessary. They easily could have let me spend the money, and I would have believed it needed to be done. Unfortunately, not every business operates that way. Finding a shop that does quality work and is honest is hard to come by, and that’s why I’ll continue using them and recommending them to others.

I was having a really hard time finding a fuel line connector for my older Honda outboard motor—I had actually been fighting to find the right part for a month! While I tried ordering multiple parts on Amazon, nothing beats the personal service I received here. He went above and beyond, setting me up with the entire fuel line assembly for my classic motor. I highly recommend this place! Great personal service!

Stateline Boat Works is my go to!! From a full engine replacement to regular maintenance and repairs, Mike and his crew provides excellent service, top-quality workmanship, and great communication. My boat is ready for the season, and I couldn't be happier. Highly recommended!
