Steam Pro Mobile Detailing

Really disappointed with the lack of professionalism. I was super excited to get my new (to me) Subaru deep cleaned so it’d feel like a brand new car and Steam Pro Detailing had great reviews so I went with them. I knew the car was in pretty bad shape (dog hair, cigarette stains, etc.) so I went in expecting to pay extra for the service. I booked the smoke odor removal and even brought my car to the shop at the recommendation of Brett for the best results. I was told I would be updated about my car and I was not. I had to reach out after 8pm and he apologized and said my car was ready. I picked it up the next day and was initially happy with the results but as I drove away I realized how dirty the car still was. They did not do what was advertised. Brett sent the invoice and I payed the starting rate of $399. I let him know I wasn’t completely happy with the service and he did offer to come out to finish the job but also insulted the state my car came in, including ripped leather on the driver seat, which has nothing to do with the detailing service. I don’t understand why anyone would run a detailing service if the car was expected to be clean beforehand. I will not be going back for any service again because of this experience and I do not recommend booking a detailing with them if your car is not already relatively clean. I will be getting my car detailed again by a different company and hopefully they will finish the job this place started.

Steam Pro Mobile Detailing is nothing short of outstanding, full stop. Before the service even started and throughout the whole process, Brett's communication was excellent. He was professional, highly attentive to detail, and clearly cared about his work. He went well above and beyond doing a great job. The difference in the condition of the car from before Brett started to after he finished was mind-blowing–a feat of magic, frankly. He even gave me additional recommendations based on what I shared at the very start of the appointment. I cannot begin to recommend him highly enough. His prices are very reasonable, and the quality of the work you get for the price you pay is amazing.

McKenzie came out and detailed two of our cars, and the results were outstanding. They were able to remove stubborn sticky residue from the cup holders that we hadn’t been able to clean ourselves, as well as tough stains from the seats—everything looks like new again. On top of the excellent work, everyone was incredibly kind, professional, and friendly throughout the entire experience. Highly recommend!
